District Announces New Graduation Plan

In an email sent to D-38 seniors and parents earlier today, Lewis-Palmer School District revealed that a limited audience will be allowed at high school graduations this Thursday and Friday. “We are very excited to be able to include families in the celebration in person,” the district wrote in the graduation plan PDF.

Each graduate is allowed a maximum of 10 guests that are required to wear masks upon entering and exiting the stadium. Guests are also asked to practice social distancing.

Graduation will be held at UCHealth Park (4385 Tutt Blvd, Colorado Springs, CO, 80922) at 9:00 AM on Thursday, June 11 for Palmer Ridge High School and Friday, June 12 for Lewis Palmer High School.

Both the Palmer Ridge and Lewis Palmer high school graduations will be streamed at lewispalmer.org/graduations as planned and can be viewed after on the Lewis Palmer School District YouTube channel.
